1. 총칙
주식회사 키컨(영문 상호 KeyConn Inc., 이하 "회사")은 「개인정보 보호법」 및 관계 법령을 준수하며,
정보주체의 개인정보를 보호하기 위하여 다음과 같이 개인정보처리방침을 수립·공개합니다.
이 방침은 회사가 제공하는 모바일 앱 KeyConn PA 및 이와 연계된 웹 서비스에 적용됩니다.
먼저 알려드립니다.
- 대화의 음성 인식과 답변 생성은 회사 자체 서버의 자체 모델로 처리합니다.
대화 내용을 응답 생성 목적으로 외부 인공지능 사업자에게 전송하지 않습니다
(답변 낭독은 제5항 참조).
- 음성 녹음 파일과 업로드한 사진 원본은 처리 직후 즉시 삭제하며 서버에 보관하지 않습니다.
- 앱에는 광고 식별자 수집, 광고 SDK, 제3자 분석 도구가 없습니다.
- 개인정보를 판매하거나 광고 목적으로 제공하지 않습니다.
2. 수집하는 개인정보 항목
회사는 서비스 제공에 필요한 최소한의 정보만을 수집하며, 아래 항목은 이용자가 해당 기능을 사용할 때에 한하여 수집됩니다.

회사는 광고 식별자(AAID), 기기 고유번호, 연락처 목록, 정밀 위치정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
날씨 조회에 쓰이는 위치는 이용자가 입력한 도시명이며 단말 위치정보가 아닙니다.
3. 개인정보의 처리 목적
- 본인 확인 및 계정 보호 — 로그인, 2단계 인증, 부정 접근 차단
- 개인 비서 기능 제공 — 대화 응답, 일정 관리, 알림, 답변 음성 낭독
- 보험금 청구 지원 — 서류 사진 판독, 청구 항목 구성, 예상 환급액 산정, 청구 서류 작성 보조
- 생활 편의 정보 제공 — 병원·약국 등 장소 검색, 날씨, 항공·숙소 조회
- 서비스 운영과 안전 — 장애 대응, 오·남용 방지, 법령상 의무 이행
회사는 수집한 개인정보를 위 목적 외의 용도로 이용하지 않으며, 목적이 변경될 경우 사전에 동의를 받습니다.
4. 보유 기간 및 파기

보유 기간이 지나거나 처리 목적이 달성된 개인정보는 지체 없이 파기합니다.
전자적 파일은 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 영구 삭제하고, 출력물이 있는 경우 분쇄하거나 소각합니다.
5. 개인정보 처리의 위탁 및 국외 이전
회사는 서비스 제공을 위하여 아래와 같이 개인정보 처리 업무를 위탁하고 있으며, 위탁 계약 시 개인정보의 안전한 관리를 명시하고 있습니다.

대화 처리에 관한 고지
음성 인식(STT)과 대화 응답 생성(언어모델)은 회사가 직접 운영하는 서버의 자체 모델로 수행하며,
음성 녹음 원본과 대화 이력은 응답 생성을 위해 외부 인공지능 사업자에게 전송되지 않습니다.
다만 답변 낭독(음성 합성)을 이용하는 경우 낭독할 답변 문장이 위 표의 Microsoft Corporation 으로 전송됩니다.
6. 제3자 제공
회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 다음의 경우는 예외로 합니다.
- 이용자가 사전에 동의한 경우 (예: 이용자가 요청한 보험금 청구를 해당 보험회사에 접수하는 경우)
- 법령에 특별한 규정이 있거나, 수사기관이 법령에 정해진 절차와 방법에 따라 요구하는 경우
회사는 개인정보를 판매하지 않으며, 광고·마케팅 목적으로 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.
7. 정보주체의 권리와 행사 방법
이용자는 언제든지 다음 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다.
- 개인정보 열람 요구
- 오류가 있을 경우 정정 요구
- 삭제 요구 (법령상 보존 의무가 있는 경우는 제외)
- 처리정지 요구 및 동의 철회
- 개인정보의 전송 요구
권리 행사는 앱의 설정 화면에서 직접 하시거나, keyconn.official@gmail.com 로 요청하실 수 있습니다.
회사는 요청을 받은 날부터 10일 이내에 처리 결과를 알려 드립니다.
대리인을 통해 요청하는 경우 위임장을 제출하여야 합니다.
계정 및 데이터 삭제
회원 탈퇴는 앱의 설정 화면에서 하실 수 있으며, 탈퇴 시 제4항의 보존 대상을 제외한 모든 개인정보를 지체 없이 삭제합니다.
앱을 설치하지 않은 상태에서도 keyconn.official@gmail.com 로 삭제를 요청하실 수 있습니다.
8. 개인정보의 안전성 확보조치
- 암호화 — 주민등록번호·계좌번호·증권번호는 데이터베이스 밖에 보관되는 키로 암호화하여 저장합니다.
- 비밀번호 비보관 — 잠금 PIN은 솔트를 적용한 해시로만 저장하며 평문을 보관하지 않습니다.
- 2단계 인증 — 금고 영역 접근에는 PIN과 패스키(또는 소셜 로그인) 두 가지를 요구합니다.
- 패스키 격리 — 패스키 자격증명은 도메인 단위로 격리되어 다른 사이트에서 사용될 수 없으며, 개인키는 이용자 단말을 벗어나지 않습니다.
- 단말 내 보호 — 앱의 인증 토큰은 Android Keystore 기반 AES-GCM으로 암호화하여 저장하며 평문으로 남기지 않습니다. 앱 데이터의 자동 백업은 비활성화되어 있습니다.
- 전송 구간 보호 — 앱과 서버 사이의 모든 통신은 TLS로 암호화합니다.
- 접근 통제 — 개인정보 처리 시스템에 대한 접근 권한을 최소 인원으로 제한하고 접근 기록을 보관합니다.
- 기록 최소화 — 운영 로그에 인증 토큰, 인가 코드, 진료 내용 등 민감한 값을 기록하지 않습니다.
9. 만 14세 미만 아동
본 서비스는 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다.
만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보가 수집된 사실을 알게 된 경우 즉시 삭제합니다.

개인정보 침해로 인한 상담·신고가 필요한 경우 아래 기관에 문의하실 수 있습니다.
12. 방침의 변경
이 개인정보처리방침은 시행일부터 적용됩니다. 법령이나 서비스의 변경에 따라 내용이 추가·삭제·수정되는 경우
변경 사항의 시행 7일 전(이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전)부터 이 페이지에 공지합니다.

1. Who we are
KeyConn Inc. (주식회사 키컨, "we") operates the KeyConn PA mobile application
(Android, com.keyconn.pa) and the related web service at pa.keyconn.org.
This policy explains what personal data the app processes and why.
In short:
- Speech recognition and assistant replies run on our own servers using our own models.
Your conversations are not sent to an external AI provider to generate replies. If you use spoken
answers, only the reply text is sent to our speech-synthesis processor (see section 5).
- Voice recordings and uploaded document photos are deleted immediately after processing and are never stored.
- The app contains no advertising identifier, no ad SDK, and no third-party analytics.
- We do not sell personal data and do not share it for advertising.
2. Data we process
- Account and authentication — social sign-in identifier (provider and provider-issued subject ID), lock PIN (salted hash), passkey public key and credential ID.
- Profile — name, mobile number, date of birth, sex, city of residence.
- Government identifier — Korean resident registration number, collected only where it is required to prepare an insurance claim, under separate consent, and stored encrypted.
- Financial data — reimbursement bank account and insurance policy number (both stored encrypted), insurer name, coverage generation and riders.
- Health data — photographs of medical receipts, itemised statements and prescriptions, and the values read from them (provider, date of care, department, medication, amounts).
- Usage records — chat text and voice transcripts, calendar entries, contacts you save for clinics and pharmacies, and consent records (item, document version, timestamp, device string, IP).
- Device permissions — microphone, used only while you are recording. We do not request camera, storage, location or contacts permissions.
We do not collect the advertising ID, device identifiers, your contact list, or precise location.
Weather uses a city name you type, not device location.
3. Why we process it
- Verifying it is you and protecting your account (sign-in, two-factor, abuse prevention).
- Providing assistant features — replies, scheduling, reminders, spoken answers.
- Supporting insurance claims — reading documents, assembling claim items, estimating reimbursement.
- Providing everyday information — clinic and pharmacy search, weather, flight and hotel lookup.
- Operating the service safely and meeting legal obligations.
4. Retention
- Voice recordings — not retained; deleted as soon as they are transcribed.
- Uploaded document photos — not retained; deleted as soon as they are read.
- Spoken-answer audio files — deleted automatically 7 days after they are generated.
- Conversation content — not stored separately on our servers.
- Account, profile and claim data — until you close your account or ask us to delete them.
- Consent records — 3 years after withdrawal or account closure, to evidence consent.
- Records we are legally required to keep — for the period the law prescribes.
5. Processors and international transfers
- NAVER Cloud Corp. (CLOVA OCR) — reads text from document photos. Receives the photo. Korea. Deleted after processing.
- Anthropic PBC — structures the text extracted by OCR into claim items. The photo itself is not sent. United States. Deleted after processing.
- Microsoft Corporation — synthesises spoken answers. Receives the reply text. United States. Deleted after processing.
- SerpApi, LLC — flight, hotel and non-Korean place search. Receives the search query. United States. Deleted after processing.
- OpenWeather Ltd. — weather lookup. Receives a city name. United Kingdom. Deleted after processing.
- Google LLC — social sign-in and, if you connect it, Google Calendar. United States. Until you disconnect.
- Kakao Corp. — social sign-in and Korean place search. Korea. Until you disconnect, or deleted after processing.
You may object to international transfer by writing to keyconn.official@gmail.com.
Features that depend on the transfer (photo claims, spoken answers, overseas search) will then be unavailable.
6. Sharing
We do not share personal data with third parties, except where you have consented in advance
(for example, submitting a claim you asked us to file to your insurer) or where a law, or a lawful
request from an investigative authority, requires it. We never sell personal data.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, withdrawal of consent, and
portability of your personal data. Use the settings screen in the app, or write to
keyconn.official@gmail.com. We respond within 10 days.
Deleting your account and data — you can close your account from the settings screen in the app;
everything except the records listed in section 4 is deleted without delay. If you no longer have the app
installed, email keyconn.official@gmail.com and we will delete your data.
8. How we protect it
- Resident registration numbers, bank account numbers and policy numbers are encrypted at rest with a key held outside the database.
- The lock PIN is stored only as a salted hash.
- Access to the vault requires two factors — a PIN plus a passkey or social sign-in.
- Passkey credentials are scoped to our domain and cannot be used elsewhere; the private key never leaves your device.
- The app's session token is encrypted with an Android Keystore AES-GCM key, and automatic app backup is disabled.
- All traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted with TLS.
- Access to systems holding personal data is limited to the minimum number of people, and access is logged.
- Operational logs never record tokens, authorisation codes, or clinical content.
9. Children
The service is not directed to children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
If we learn that we have, we delete it immediately.

11. Changes
We post changes on this page at least 7 days before they take effect, and at least 30 days before
any change that is unfavourable to users.
